Room 4028, Emerging Technologies Building

Dr. Sarah Wolff focuses on additive manufacturing of metallic and composite materials. She completed her PhD in mechanical engineering at Northwestern University in 2018 with her thesis work on understanding the directed energy deposition additive manufacturing process. For the following year, she was an Enrico Fermi fellow at Argonne National Laboratory where she built a directed energy deposition system and used high energy X-rays at the Advanced Photon Source to monitor laser-matter interactions in real time. As a life-long Chicagoan, Dr. Wolff is excited to join the Aggie family.
